How to Claim your Prize
Step One: Read our terms in the next section + our safe to play info
Step Two: Double check your prize certificate to confirm what you have won
Step Three: Navigate to the correct website page to view groups Adults
Step Four: Download the Pin Point Tennis app and sign up
Step Five: Email Head Coach Gemma with the group and date you wish to book
Step Six: Accept the group on your dashboard once Gemma has added you
Prize Terms
A. Pin Point Tennis Team run sessions using the following ratios:
- 1 Coach to 5 Players for our Groups
- 1 Coach to 5 Players for Cardio Tennis (could be increased when Covid is more under control).
B. Coaches & Assistants
B.1 Our coaches are fully qualified LTA &/or PTR or RPT coaches
B.2 Our Coaches and Group Coaches are supported by trained LTA Level 1's, Tennis Leaders and Duke of Edinburgh Volunteers in order to keep our ratios low for a more effective learning environment.
B.3 We aim to work 1 Coach to 5 Players, but if assistants are available and if we also have the court space with the assistants then we will open up more Group spaces.
C. Pin Point Tennis Team Prizes / Vouchers / Certificates
C.1 Pin Point Tennis Team reserve the right to cancel & rebook if a group doesn't meet our minimum number of 3 players.
C.2 The group may still go ahead in order to launch new groups or if other groups on the day are running. We will confirm with you if the group has to be cancelled in advanced of the session.
C.3 Players MUST be booked onto the groups in advanced by following the instructions in the section titled "How to claim your prize." Players can join the groups at any time subject to space, NO booking = NO tennis.
C.4. If the coach has to cancel the tennis lesson they will notify you by text and Head Coach Gemma will make contact by email to rebook you onto another date.
C.5 If you miss a coaching lesson through personal choice, illness, injury, self-isolation, appointments, holidays, school trips etc. this is is not a lesson cancellation and you are not entitled any discounts, refunds or make up lessons.
C.6 Coaches reserve the right to refuse lessons if players cancel without 24hrs notice, or if players breach any of terms or covid guidelines.
C.& If the Government &/or LTA call for all tennis venues and coaching programmes to close, players places & payments will be held over to when we are allowed to re-start. Head Coach Gemma will then confirm rebooking with you by email.
C.10. Prizes are valid until the listed date on your certificate or voucher & can only be used for the listed certificate/voucher prize.
C.11. The prize/s must be pre-booked by following the information in the "how to claim your tennis prize" section. There is no option to redeem by any other method.
C.12. Prizes/certificates/vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged/redeemed for cash or other monetary methods.
C.13. Your space in a group must be pre-booked & is not guaranteed as depends on group numbers, it is recommended that you book early to avoid disappointment.
C.14. Prizes/certificates/vouchers that are lost, stolen, destroyed or transferred to someone else will not be exchanged or refunded.
C.15. All of our other terms, policies and guidance's apply to any form of prize.
C.16. Your certificate number/code is your discount code and must be entered into the discount code box on the sign up form, if you do not enter your code you will be charged and we will not refund the money.
C.17. Your certificate number/code can only be used once and the expiry date is listed on the certificate. The discount will not be extended if you have not used it and is set to on the system to stop working on the listed expiry date.
C.18. If you try to use your certificate number/code for another purpose other than the prize listed on your certificate, you will have your place cancelled, the discount code deleted and you will be unable to book anything with the Pin Point Tennis Team.
D. Coaching Activity
D.1. All groups are run on a ratio of 5 players to 1 coach, unless otherwise stated.
D.2. Please do not come down to the courts until 5 minutes before the start of your lesson.
D.3. A buffer period is built in between each session to maintain social distancing.
D.4. Players must wash their hands with sanitiser at the start of the lesson.
E. Social Distancing, Health, Safety & Hygiene
E.1. Social distancing of 2 meters must be maintained at all times.
E.2. Players must bring their own rackets - we are unable to lend rackets at this time.
E.3. There is no access to the Wrecclesham club house or toilets.
E.4. Players can bring face masks to wear if they choose, our lessons are outdoors.
E.5. Players must bring their own full water bottles as there is no access to the Wrecclesham club house.
E.6. Do not come to your lesson if you have COVID-19 symptoms or are generally feeling unwell or have been told to self-isolate.
E.7. Coaches reserve the right to refuse to teach players without refund or rebooking who turn up feeling unwell or showing symptoms.
F. Venue Information
F.1. Prizes can only be redeemed at: Wrecclesham Tennis Club, The Recreation Ground, Riverdale, Wrecclesham, GU10 4PJ
F.2. There is no access to the clubhouse or toilets apart from in First Aid circumstances.
