Tennis Leaders
Ages: 13+ year olds
Leaders support coaches, volunteers and teachers to deliver tennis sessions on court, and support the running of a venue or event. They are a role model to younger players, members and school children, and inspire others to play.
Off-court, they can also help volunteers, teachers and club committees to make sure tennis is relevant, accessible, rewarding and enjoyable by providing ideas.
This programme is an excellent way for youth players aged 13+ to gain leadership opportunities across tennis, sport and beyond, whatever their interests.
RPT Assistant
Ages: 15+ year olds
The Assistants course is aimed at those interested in starting their coaching careers and supporting their local coaches. By enrolling on this course you will develop an understanding of the training programmes used to develop the skills of children through the successful Spanish Tennis System.
It is a face to face course, with the certification test being made up of 3 sections: written, teaching and skills.

RPT Mark of a Pro
Ages: 17+ year olds
Aimed at assistants, instructors or coaches who wish to upgrade their coaching skills to run both group lessons and individual lessons independently.
The Mark of a Pro course introduces the successful Spanish Tennis Methods and has been designed plus developed to provide a wide range of training materials to provide the coach with a broad yet detailed knowledge of coaching at this level.
It is a combination of face to face training and online learning to provide a blended approach to training. Assessment is through tutor observation throughout the course, in person teaching tests plus skills test and an online multiple choice test.

LTA Accreditation
Once the course is completed and you have gained your RPT qualification you can use this qualification as part of the requirements to apply for LTA Coach Accreditation to work in LTA registered venues.

11.2. By applying and booking onto any listed coaching qualification you are accepting all of our terms, policies and guidance's.
11.3. All RPT terms and conditions apply to the RPT Assistant and RPT Mark of a Pro course, click here.
11.4. All terms, policies and guidance's are for the protection for the coaching team, tutors, players, course participants and RPT.
11.5. It is at the discretion of Pin Point Tennis Team to accept a trainee based on their behaviour, attitudes, respect to others, commitment and ability to be a role model to others.
11.6. It is at the discretion of Pin Point Tennis Team to cancel a course due to minimum numbers, weather conditions or other situations.
11.7. Course participants are responsible for undertaking and completing any pre-course requirements or courses.
11.8. Courses must be paid in full prior to attending the course, the RPT handles all course sign up details including payments for the Assistants plus Mark of a Pro courses.
11.8. Upon completion of your course, you are responsible for working at the level and with the players you have been taught to teach.
11.9. Upon completion of the RPT Mark of a Pro, you are responsible for ensuring you hold appropriate in date insurance and if applicable LTA Accreditation.
11.10. To complete any course you must complete all face to face training and all applicable workbooks, training materials and tests.
11.11. It is at the discretion of Pin Point Tennis Team to remove a trainee from the course if:

- They turn up late two or more times.
- Forget their workbook on two or more occasions.
- Cause grief &/or stress to any of the coaching team.
- If any of our other terms, guidance's or policies are breached.
- Parents or guardians cause grief &/or stress to any of the coaching team.
- Do not attend two or more Leaders training sessions, without a suitable reason.
- Effort levels on court and off court are lacking enthusiasm or not taking seriously.
- Their behaviour on court during their lessons, events, competitions or in training is disruptive.
- They are rude or disrespectful to any player, parent, coach, umpire during lessons, events, competition or in training.
- Trainees need to win, is not helping the players they are teaching and continues after a conversation with their coach mentor.
